Shortly after we started shopping at Trader Joe’s, we found many websites and books geared towards their products. That’s where the idea for this recipe came from. Cauliflower Pizza Crust

We are always looking for healthier versions of our favorite foods. Thanks to Knead to Cook we have a new way to make pizza. This recipe is very versatile, you can change the spices and cheese. This is starting to become a monthly staple in our house, this time I decided to use smoked gouda in the crust because we had some leftover from a quiche we made earlier this week.

1 medium-sized head of cauliflower washed and cut with most of the stems removed
3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
